Benefits Of 5 Minutes Daily Leopard Crawl Movements

A great daily go-to for any Developer, I don’t need to preach about the benefits of being on the move, as a kick-start in morning or evening habit before, during or after sitting solitary for hours on end.

Make getting 5 minutes exercises stretch, yoga, or leopard crawl a habit. You thank yourself in the short and long term.

When it comes to exercise to squeeze in a 5 minutes workout, my go to is too leopard crawl. You may have a different degree of fitness attainment or requirements, but hey any form of crawling will do, baby, leopard, bear or crab crawl would suffice. Just stick at it, you know it’s great for your shoulders, abdo and leg muscle any moves improve posture and wellbeing.

Just find a quiet large enough office space, homely living room indoors or outdoors grassy pitch, tennis court, running track or park, to hit the ground for some crawling time.

No gain no pain, or is it no pain no gain! Whatever dude just move and move again switch the crawling technique for mind over matter and allow the interval timer to tick on…you will feel awesome even 1 or 2 minutes of crawling, and Enjoy have fun!
